Information you choose to share
If you email us or book a conversation, you may share your name, email address, organization, project details, availability, and anything else you include in your message. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Booking services
Our booking buttons open the Cal.com scheduler in a dialog on this site. Cal.com processes the details you submit to arrange the meeting. Its privacy notice says booking data can include your name, email, booking-question answers, and phone number when used, along with technical information such as browser and device details. We may receive your booking details so we can prepare for and follow up on the call. Read the Cal.com Privacy Policy before booking.
How we use information
We use information you send to reply to you, arrange and prepare for conversations, discuss or deliver requested work, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help us operate communications, hosting, or scheduling, and they may process information for those services.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw a consent where processing relies on consent. Applicable rights depend on the laws that apply to you. We may need to retain some records where the law requires it or where they are needed to resolve a matter.
Children and updates
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. We may update this notice as our website or services change; the date above shows when it was last revised.
